These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (the User, you), and Dummy Travels . By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you have given us your consent to agreeing on all of our terms & conditions mentioned in this document.


The Site offers the Service of selling flight reservations. By accessing the Site and/or using the Service, the User acknowledges that he/she have read, comprehended, and consent to abide by all the stated Terms and Conditions. If the User does not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, the user is not allowed to use the Site and/or the Service, and he/she must cease using it immediately. Additionally, the User agrees that any future changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon being posted, and their continued use of the Site and/or Service indicates their acceptance of such changes and the existing Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Language:

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to use the Site solely in the English language. It is important to note that dummytravels.com is not responsible for any translation or any misunderstanding of the English language by the User. Therefore, the User bears the responsibility for understanding and using the Site in English without any reliance on translations or interpretations.

1.2 Payment methods:

Dummy Travels accepts all kinds of Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Master & Visa Cards, and payments via PayPal.

1.3 Intellectual property and acceptable use:

All the content displayed on this website, except for content uploaded by Users, is the exclusive property of Dummy Travels, our affiliates, or relevant third parties. The term "Content" includes graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layouts, underlying code, and any other form of information that can be stored in a computer and appears on or is part of this Website, including User-uploaded content. By continuing to use this Website, you acknowledge and recognize that this Content is safeguarded by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property rights. Please be aware that nothing on this Website should be interpreted as granting, either implicitly, through estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to utilize any trademark, logo, or service mark displayed on the Website without prior written consent from the owner.

1.4 Prohibited use:

You may not use the website for any of the following purposes:

  • Engaging in any actions that could cause damage to the website or disrupt the experience of other users.
  • Using the website in a harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable manner, or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or government orders.
  • Making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of copyrighted content without obtaining permission from the owner.

1.5 Submission of Itinerary:

It is essential to ensure that the information you provide during form submission or at any other time is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your submitted inquiry immediately for valid reasons or if you violate these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by notifying us in writing at our email and we reserved the right to take final decision on it.

1.6 Refund policy:

Dummy Travels Will Only Refund When:


  1. If we cannot furnish the documents or requsted itinerary for flight/hotel reservation in 12-24 hours for normal delivery request or 1-2 hours for urgent delivery request. Kindly note that our maximum processing time is 24 hours, and you will be required to wait until this timeframe has lapsed to receive the requested documents. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this waiting period.
  2. If the customer wants to cancel the order and informed us immediately before we proceed to book the requested itinerary.
  3. If there is any mistake from our side in your requested itinerary.
  4. If we violate the policies outlined in this article.
  5. If we do not adhere to the instructions mentioned in our FAQ's.

Dummy Travels Will Not Refund When:


  1. If the airline deactivates or cancels a flight reservation before our specified time period due to technical issues or flight cancellation.
  2. If your order is delivered within 24 hours.
  3. If the customer wish to cancel the order after receiving the ticket or hotel reservation without any mistake from our side.
  4. If the customer is unsatisfied with the provided itinerary without any mistake from our side.
  5. If the customer behave rude or unprofessional.
  6. If the customer visa is rejected or immigration doesnt allow to depart due to any issue.
  7. Please be aware that airlines have restrictions that do not permit us to make reservations for trips lasting more than 10 months. Therefore, if customers submit an order for a trip duration exceeding 10 months, we cannot be held responsible for any refunds related to such bookings.
  8. If a client requests to change the itinerary after it has been delivered via electronic email, we would like to inform them that we are charged by the airline for every session that is created by our system. As a result, any changes to the itinerary might incur additional charges or fees, which will be communicated to the client before proceeding with the changes. We advise clients to carefully review the initial itinerary and provide any necessary changes or preferences before the booking is confirmed to avoid any potential extra costs.
  9. In the event that a client unintentionally provides incorrect details or places an order incorrectly, we recommend them to place the order again with the correct and accurate information. It is essential to ensure that all details provided are accurate to avoid any issues or complications with the booking process. If there are any concerns or uncertainties about the order, we encourage the client to reach out to our support team for assistance before proceeding with the booking.
  10. If the dummy ticket has been delivered to the customer via electronic email, we do not offer refunds if the customer requests changes to the reservation. It is important for the customer to thoroughly review the dummy ticket and ensure that all the details are correct before proceeding with the order. If any changes are required, the customer should communicate them before the dummy ticket is issued. Once the dummy ticket has been sent, it is considered delivered, and any subsequent changes or requests may not be eligible for a refund.
  11. If the customer claimed the payment gateway for refund without contacting our support. Please highly note that, we are always honest, loyal and kind with our customers. In case of any kind of unsatisfaction, we highly suggest and expect you to contact us via email or our support team and we will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible. We promise our customers to provide support at our best. But despite everything, if you dont contact us or give us proper time to respond back, and directly raised the claim/dispute to the payment gateway, it will not make you refund but will put you in weeks or months long struggle to refund back your money. Therefore, again, we sincerely request all of our customers, to please contact us in case of refund for any kind of unsatisfaction. If there is any error in the ticket due to our own oversight, or not according to your requested details, we are always willing to refund back your payment instantly.

Please note that when you place orders for flight and hotel bookings, these are only reservations and not actual tickets or bookings. The prices offered make it clear that these are not original bookings with airlines or hotels. If anyone assumes or misunderstands these reservations to be actual tickets or bookings and subsequently requests a refund, we cannot guarantee any refunds in such cases. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand that these are reservations and not full-fledged bookings at the stated prices.

1.7 Ticketing procedures:

Our flight reservations are valid upto few days. The validity of our tickets are totally dependent on airline, your journey route and date. It's generally remain valid from 3-5 days upto a week but never guaranteed. It may be expired in 3-5 days, or can stay valid upto a week at maximum. Therefore it is advisable requesting your itinerary on the same day as your application submission or one day before your departure to ensure alignment with the ticket's validity. Our tickets are ideal for proof of onward travel if booked same day or the day before departure. For visa applications, if your visa process extends beyond this timeframe, they may not be suitable.

Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any visa rejection resulting from the cancellation of dummy tickets during your visa application process. It's important to understand that these tickets have a limited validity and can be canceled at any time.

Our dummy hotel reservations are valid for more than a month depending on your travel dates. We usually cancel the dummy hotel bookings from 1-2 days upto 1 week before check-in date.

Our tickets and hotel bookings are 100% verifiable on airline's and hotel's website respectively.

Our standard regular timeframe for providing tickets and hotel bookings is 12-24 hours including weekends except of urgent delivery method.

In case of urgent delivery, we ensure to provide the itinerary within 1-2 hours.

Our working hours are 10 AM to 5 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST). In these hours, we promptly respond to our customer for normal or urgent ticket requests. Any request received after 5 PM Gulf Standard Time will be taken to the next corresponding day.

1.8 Dummy tickets & hotel reservations we dont provide:

  1. We do not provide dummy tickets earlier than one week time period.
  2. We do not provide dummy tickets for domestic routes (i.e. departure and arrival on same country airports).
  3. We do not provide the itinerary for high risk countries or those whose flights operations arent easily available i.e. Iran, Syria, North Korea etc.
  4. We do not provide the itinerary for high risk or globally sanctioned countries i.e. Iran, Russia etc.
